Slabs and bags blended to your gutter spacing, plant density and irrigation frequency.

Washed low-EC pith, screened to fine, medium or coarse grade.

Compressed to roughly a fifteenth of working volume. Expands to 70–80 litres.

Graded 6–12 mm, 12–18 mm and 18–25 mm, loose or blended to a specified ratio.

Substrate is a specification, not a commodity.
Water buffer and root-zone air move in opposite directions. Where you sit on that curve is the single most important decision about a grow bag — and it is yours to define, not ours to standardise.

EC measured by the 1:1.5 volume extract method. If your specification uses saturated media extract, tell us — the two differ by roughly a factor of two.

We manufacture. We do not buy in and re-label.
Husk intake, fibre extraction, washing, drying, sieving, blending, compression and container loading all happen at our own facility in Peravurani, Thanjavur district.

A supplier who reliably ships EC 0.6 is worth more than one who averages 0.4 across a range of 0.2 to 1.1. Consistency is the product.

Sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chloride analysis is available on request, and is relevant mainly where buffered material is specified.

Most of what leaves our factory is not a catalogue item. Distributors and substrate brands come to us because they need a manufacturer who will run their specification under their name.
- Blend ratio Any proportion of pith to chips. If your crop needs 65:35, we make 65:35.
- Particle grade Fine, medium or coarse pith; chips 6–25 mm; or a distribution you define.
- Dimensions Block, brick, slab and bag sizes cut to your press specification.
- Planting configuration Planting hole count, spacing and dimensions, pre-cut or left closed.
- Drainage Hole number, diameter and position to match your gutter or bed layout.
- EC level Washed to low EC, or supplied unwashed where you process in-house.
- Buffering On request, or unbuffered for buyers who buffer to their own recipe.
- Film Colour, gauge and UV specification.
- Printing Your artwork, your brand, your batch labelling format.
- Packing Carton, shrink wrap, bulk stack, pallet configuration.
