Who we are building supply relationships with
India is the largest exporter of coir pith in the world, and Tamil Nadu is where most of it is produced. We ship from the ports of Tuticorin, Chennai and Cochin.
We are actively developing distributor and OEM relationships in the markets below. Where we are building distributor and OEM relationships
These are markets we are actively developing. If your market is not listed, ask anyway — we ship to any port our freight forwarders serve, and a market not on this list simply means we have not developed it yet.
- South Korea A major destination for Indian coco peat, with a large elevated-bed strawberry and protected tomato sector. We supply low-EC blocks to substrate blenders who mix to their own recipes.
- Netherlands and Belgium The centre of the world growing-media trade. We work as a contract manufacturer for substrate companies who blend, buffer and brand in their own facilities.
- Spain Almeria for protected tomato, cucumber and pepper; Huelva and Murcia for berries. Europe’s largest single concentration of coir slab use.
- Italy Berry production in the south and protected vegetables across the north.
- United States and Canada Controlled-environment vegetables, berries, nursery and retail private label.
- Mexico The berry export belt in Jalisco and Michoacan, and the greenhouse tomato sector.
- United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Short transit from Indian ports, typically 12 to 16 days, which suits buyers who need responsive supply rather than long lead times.

How a first order usually works

You send a specification
Or tell us the crop, growing system and irrigation frequency and we propose one. Tell us which EC measurement method you use.

We confirm in writing
Exactly what we can produce, with the measured properties of the blend we are proposing.

We quote
FOB or CIF against that specification, with terms and validity stated plainly.

A single trial container
Produced to specification, with the batch test report for that exact production lot. We do not require a multi-container commitment to start.

You evaluate
On part of your planting. Most first orders need an adjustment to the specification, and we expect that.

Programme
Once the specification is settled we hold it as your reference standard and produce against it on a repeat schedule.
Certification
We do not hold organic certification. We are assessing RHP for the European professional market and will say when that process begins rather than when it completes. If your programme requires certified material, tell us before ordering and we will be straight about whether we can supply it.

Export questions buyers ask
Yes. We ship from Tuticorin, Chennai and Cochin. Tell us your destination port and we will quote FOB or CIF against your specification.
You send a specification, or tell us the crop and growing system and we propose one. We produce a single trial container to that specification, with the batch test report for that exact lot. Most first orders need an adjustment, and we expect that. Then a quotation, a trial container, and once the specification is settled we hold it as your reference standard.
There is no minimum. We will take a single container. Many suppliers will not talk to you below three or five containers, which makes trying a new source expensive. We would rather take one container that ships correctly and earns a second order than push you into a commitment neither of us can judge yet.
Lead time depends on the specification, the volume and what is already in production, so we agree it with you at the time of quoting rather than publishing a figure we might not hold. What we will not do is promise a date we cannot meet. A missed shipment costs a grower a season and costs us the relationship permanently.
Terms are agreed per buyer and stated plainly on every quotation, along with validity and lead time.
Yes. Private label and OEM programmes are a core part of what we do. Your artwork, your packaging, your specification.
