If you already import coco substrate and want a second source, or you are building your own growing-media line and need a manufacturing partner in India, this page is for you.
We manufacture. Husk intake, washing, drying, blending, compression and packing all happen at our own facility in Peravurani, Tamil Nadu. That matters for a private label programme because the specification you agree is the specification we control.
Configuration
One base product, eleven decisions
Dimensions, blend, film, print, packaging and pallet are each specified per programme. Nothing on the unit identifies us unless you want it to.

Made to order
What we customise on an OEM cocopeat programme
Everything below is made to order. Nothing here is a fixed catalogue constraint.
- Blend ratio Any proportion of cocopeat to coco chips, not only our standard steps. If your crop needs 65:35, we make 65:35.
- Particle grade Fine, medium or coarse pith; chip sizes from 6 mm to 25 mm; or a defined particle distribution you specify.
- Compressed dimensions Block, brick, slab and bag sizes cut to your press specification.
- Expanded volume Compression adjusted so one unit rehydrates to the litreage your growers plan around.
- Drainage holes Number, diameter and position in the polybag, to match your gutter or bed layout.
- Planting holes Count, spacing and dimensions, pre-cut or left closed.
- Film Colour, gauge and UV specification.
- Print Your artwork, your brand, your batch labelling format.
- EC level Washed to low EC, or supplied unwashed where you prefer to process in-house.
- Buffering Available on request, or supplied unbuffered for buyers who buffer to their own recipe.
- Packaging and palletisation Carton, shrink wrap, bulk stack, pallet configuration.
The programme
How an OEM cocopeat programme runs

Specification
You send your current product specification, or the crop, growing system and irrigation frequency you are designing for. We will tell you what we would recommend and why. Please also tell us which EC measurement method your specification uses.

Trial container
There is no minimum — we produce a single container to that specification, with the batch test report for that exact production lot. We retain a sealed duplicate under the same batch number, so any later question can be checked against physical material rather than memory.

Adjustment
Most first samples need a change — particle distribution, compression, hole layout. This is normal and we expect at least one revision before anything is right.

First commercial order
Produced to the agreed specification, with batch documentation.

Programme
Once the specification is settled we hold it as your reference standard and produce against it on a repeat schedule.
Minimum custom run
There is no minimum. We will take a single container. Most suppliers will not run a custom specification below three or five containers, which makes launching a private label line expensive before you know whether it sells. We would rather produce one container correctly and earn the repeat order.

Usually, yes. Send us the specification you currently work to and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it before you commit to anything. If we cannot, we will say so.
